Promptly is a course run by Teléa [company registration number and full address to be added here], based in Portugal. Teléa is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to tvkscaling@gmail.com.
Through the signup form we collect: your name, your email address, your preferred language (Dutch/English), and the course option you selected. When you pay via Stripe, Stripe processes your payment details (such as card number) directly — those details never reach us or our server. We only receive confirmation from Stripe that a payment succeeded, for which amount and which product.
We process your data because it's necessary to perform our agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (sub c), and — where relevant — based on your consent (sub a).
We only share data with parties that help us deliver the service:
We never sell your data to third parties.
We keep your data as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and no longer than legally required retention periods (for example, 7 years for financial records under tax obligations).

This website does not itself place tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting and font providers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address) as part of their service.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, which complies with the PCI-DSS security standard.
